Kramer Cruz has been studying, and writing self-help for over 15 years. His passion for personal development began when he was 18 years old. He started reading books on spirituality, quantum physics theory, anatomy, physiology, psychology, religion and mysticism. Two of his favorites were The Kybalion by Three Initiates, and Sanctuary of Self by Ralph M Lewis.
When he was 24 years old he went into direct sales and marketing where he learned about success, money, entrepreneurship, leadership and people. He also become a sales trainer and recruiter in the financial services industry. Having been directly mentored by millionaires, he learned about goal setting, success habits, mental toughness and the importance of dreaming BIG.
“One of the things that separates successful people from unsuccessful people is that unsuccessful people are afraid to take risks. The psychology of risk runs very deep in the mind. When you scale it back to its roots, it is ultimately associated with dying. We don’t talk about death socially, but it is the reason fear exists.” -Kramer.
Taking everything he learned about the mind, success, and the laws of life, Kramer began working with young professionals, and small business owners helping them clarify their vision and purpose. His coaching has helped businesses double their incomes, and increase their customer/client base by helping them rethink the way they do business.
“No matter what you do. You have to care about people. You have to sincerely want your product or service to help people. Your goal must be for your customers to walk away smiling, and feeling good about their purchase, or their interaction with you. Otherwise your business has no purpose worthy of long-term success.” -Kramer
As a self-help author, personal success coach and public speaker, Kramer prides himself in providing his clients the best he has to offer.
“I want to see people winning and enjoying their lives. It breaks my heart to see people struggle. I always do what I can to help” -Kramer
